VT007 Vibration Plate

This is really helping me rehab after a long time. Amazing. Deceptively powerful. Super nice company too.

I've had the VT007 for 12 days so far and have used it 10 days. I'm extremely pleased with how solid and how quiet it is. I'm starting out with the lowest settings as recommended, even though I don't have to, because I'm committed to long-term use for long-term benefits. I feel like it has started to make a difference for me. So glad I made the purchase!

It was a great purchase. Plate is in use every day. Gentle not like others with oscillating vibrations. Started with 20Hz. Can update in time about benefits.

I own a PowerPlate Move which cost way more (x10) and is about x4 heavier- and love both! This VT007 has GREAT pre-programming (PP move does not) and equally good vertical vibration. In use vibration plates for health reasons: osteoporosis and a rare genetic lax, defective connective tissue disorder (hEDS). I road-trip regularly and I couldn’t do without my vibration plate therapy (that I had at home with my Power Plate Move) while on the road; but, I did not want to tote that expensive, heavy machine around. This light -26 lb, small form-factor unit is perfect. I am glad to have both, but would have been totally satisfied with the VT007 had it been my only vibration plate.

A robust quiet machine that gives me exactly what I was looking for to assist bone health exercise routines. The replies to queries by the business owner Jay and the efficient service of the company were equally impressive.
