★★★★★   Can be unstable

I’ve had this product for a bit and the vibrations are very strong. The one thing I don’t like about it is that there is no handles. I sometimes get wobbly during sessions and I have nothing to keep me secure. The lack of support causes me to use this less frequently than I would like. It’s easy to use and is a powerful little device. I recommend building a support stand around it so during use you don’t have a fear of falling because of being unstable. Other than that I have no issues with it. I work remote and use this to help with circulation.

★★★☆☆ Not what I expected

The remote does not work right. Some times it will jump up the speed really fast, other times I can’t get it to do anything. Overall the product was not what I was expecting. After using my Moms vibration machine, I think the rotating plates are better than the springs like this one.

★★★★★ Quality products

I looked for a while for a quality vibrating plate and this is it. Really well made product. I do get motion sick pretty much everywhere and at first I did feel weird at first so I started on the lowest setting and only a few minutes. I eventually got used to it and now can do 10 minutes at a time and not feel sick. I highly recommend this product.

★☆☆☆☆ Vibration too high/you pay shipping

I needed a vibration board for lymph system health. You can only tell this one is on because your feet tingle and my head screams at me, nothing else seems to move -- Just tingle in feet and a scream in my head. High/Low settings don't appear to make any changes at all. But guess what?? They don't pay for a return shipping label-- so it's a $40 fee to get your $225 back.

**** Update *** upon reading my review the company wrote me a letter and a check for the return shipping. they also explained why I wasn't feeling the difference between Hi and Low settings, apologized for the inconvenience, and told me where to find product info on their site. I was impressed enough with the service I changed my review to 5 stars. Well Played Jay Tang
