SpecsPro® LLC operates www.VibrationTherapeutic.com and shop.VibrationTherapeutic.com to promote and sell VIBRATION THERAPEUTIC ® brand vibration plate machines for fitness and therapeutic purposes.
We maintain the following concise and straight-forward terms and conditions for the marketing and sales of our products, customer communication, use of our websites and other literature, privacy policy and data security.
- ⚬ Product Warranty & Return Policy

Two-Year Product Warranty
We provide a two-year product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If this machine is not functioning properly during the warranty period, please contact us for a repair. If it needs to be shipped back to our Minnesota facility for the repair or replacement, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. We will ship out the repaired or replacement machine within 3 business days after receiving the returned machine.
We will pay for all shipping costs.
To file a warranty claim, please email to warranty@vibrationtherapeutic.com to initiate the claim process. Please provide the order information and the reason of claim.
We will make the warranty process easy for you.
Free 30-Day Return or Replacement
Within 30 days after receiving the machine, you can return the product to our Minnesota warehouse for a full purchasing price refund. The product should be returned as new or like-new, and in the original undamaged packaging. We will pay all shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please email to sc@VibrationTherapeutic.com. We will send you an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive full purchasing credit within 3 business days after returned product received in our warehouse. If packaging is damaged or any accessory missing, we may charge a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price.
[Regional Coverage]This product warranty and free 30-day return or replacement policy cover orders from the 48 contiguous states of the United States. For order from Hawaii, Alaska or other regions, buyer will need to pay for the shipping cost related to the return, replacement and warranty services.

Free shipping service is available for any order with delivery address within the 48 contiguous states in the US. FedEx Ground service or equivalent courier services are used. All orders are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse. The estimated transit time is 3 to 6 days, depending on your location.
Orders placed before 11AM CST on working days will be processed and shipped out the same day. Our warehouse does not work in the weekends and all public holidays. Order placed on Friday after 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the next Monday. Customers may expect one or two day delay for orders places the day before national holidays.
- ⚬ Price Adjustment Refund

Within two weeks after you make the purchase from us, if you find price reduction of the same product in the same store you purchased from, either our ecommerce store or our Amazon store, you can contact us for a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current price.
This price adjustment refund policy is valid only when you contact us within the aforesaid two week window. We don't actively notify customer for price change.
The product prices on our ecommerce store are usually lower than the product prices on our Amazon store. Such a policy is justified because for purchases made on our ecommerce store, we don't pay commission to Amazon.

When you make a purchase from our e-commerce website, registering user account, signing up our newsletter, participating our marketing events or otherwise contacting us, you disclose to us your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and perhaps other personal data including gender, age, interests and preferences.

We use customer data to fulfill your purchase order and perform needed customer services. We may also use these data to collect product feedback and promote our products and services to you.
Is your credit card data safe?
We do not have the access to your credit card number and security code when you make online credit card payment on our e-commerce website shop.vibrationtherapeutic.com.
The online payment is processed by Shopify, the e-commerce service platform that we subscribe and host our e-commerce website.
Your credit card data are encrypted and transferred from your browser to Shopify's payment processor. We don't process payment, nor do we store the credit card data.
Shopify Payments is PCI compliant. Shopify also has a robust system and process to keep customer credit card data safe. You can safely make credit card payment through our e-commerce website.
