SpecsPro® LLC operates corporate site www.vibrationtherapeutic.com and e-commerce site https:// shop.vibrationtherapeutic.com to promote and sell VIBRATION THERAPEUTIC ® brand vibration plate machines for fitness and therapeutic purposes. The products are also sold on www.amazon.com and through distributors and retailers.
These terms and condition only apply to products purchased from this website and shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the US.
For orders fulfilled from our Minnesota warehouse, free economy shipping service is provided for all retail selling products to all destination addresses within the 48 contiguous states in the US. UPS Ground service or equivalent courier services are used.
Orders placed before 11am CST on working days will be processed and shipped out the same day from our Minnesota warehouse. Our warehouse does not work in the weekends and all public holidays. Order placed after 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the next working day. Customers may expect delay shipping delays in holiday seasons.
Free 30 Day Return or Replacement Policies
For orders fulfilled from our warehouse, within 30 days of receipt, you are allowed to return the product back to our Minnesota warehouse for a full purchasing price refund. The product should be returned without cosmetic damage, and in the original packaging. Upon receiving return request, our customer service representative will contact you to issue a return merchandise authorization form (RMA) with a return instruction. Please follow the instruction to return the product to our warehouse. You should receive full purchasing credit within 2 business days after we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For the return or replacement of a defected product within 30 days of receipt, We are responsible for the shipping cost for return or replacement.

Depending on the product model, We provide one year or two year product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Within the product warranty period, if the product is damaged or not functioning properly under normal use, it needs to be sent to our Minnesota facility for repair. Customer is responsible for the inbound shipping cost. We shall repair or replace the product within 3 business days, and be responsible for the outbound shipping cost.
Product warranty is automatically registered at the time you purchase the product. To file a product warranty claim, please send email to warranty@VibrationTherapeutic.com to initiate the claim process. Customer will need to provide the proof of purchase, usually the order copy, production batch number, as well as the reason of claim.
