Very sturdy, no assembly needed, easy to understand and use. This vibration plate is therapeutic and I look forward to using it every day. It is fairly quiet, padding under the machine helps.

I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each - I've been able to graduate my weights to the next level in a just a few weeks. Great customer service if you have a problem. I don't have any health problems but someone I know with leg problems tried it and could feel immediate relief.

Really enjoying this machine.
