I love the unit. It has helped tremendously with reducing overall inflammation. Even my dog loves to use the table, so much that I give him his own session so he stops climbing on during my time.

★★★★★ Awesome Machine + EXCELLENT Customer Service = WIN

I purchased my WBV machine in August and am in LOVE with it!! The machine is high quality and very sturdy. I suffer from inflammation and had done a lot of research on the various types of WBV machines and this one fit the bill! I use the machine 3-4+ times/wk for 20 mins each session while watching tv. I do various stretches and/or exercises and can definitely see improvements in my inflammation, balance, and overall muscle tone. I cannot say that I've lost any weight from using the machine, but that was not my goal in purchasing. The machine can actually become pretty addictive to use -- I just feel so much better when I start and end my day using it.

I did have 1 issue that was isolated to the remote. I reached out to the seller who was VERY responsive... ummm, more so than I was! I missed their return email because of how quickly they responded, and by the time I saw it 7hrs later they had already located my contact info and informed me that my issue was being taken care of. They have since followed up to ensure that my issue is fully resolved - which it is. I was VERY impressed with their customer service and am VERY satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking to invest in a high quality yet (surprisingly) affordable WBV machine.
