★★★★★ lowering my blood pressure

Sometimes for whatever reason I cycle into high blood pressure, around 90/150. When this happens, 10 minutes of use IMMEDIATELY drops me to normal blood pressure or close to it (80/120). The drop is always 10 to 20 points be it the diastolic or systolic measurement. I don't know for sure, but I will guess that if I stay consistent 2 or 3 times a day for a substantial period (maybe a few to four months or so), that it will have a great effect on keeping the pressure down. Also of note, Jay at customer service is outstanding and has replied, in my experience, within a few hours to any questions. Upon shipping the remote was damaged and Jay immediately sent me a new one. Good company, great service.
