★★★★★ Work well

The machine itself does work well, it has helped me with functional movement, stretching, balance recovery.

The only negative thing my house does not seem to like it. The vibrations on the high setting is quite intense and my floating wood floor was potentially not a fan also including the walls or anything sitting on my desk moving across to fall onto the floor, used on the cement garage floor even though cold shows no signs of potential damage to the house.
