This control box seems to work perfectly for me. although I don't use every feature.

I think I need to shout out an A+ for tech help here. Whenever I run into a problem or have a question, if I cannot find the answer on the website, I call Jay and he always takes time to answer or research my question, and if there's a problem he steps up immediately to take responsibility instead of thinking that I may have done something wrong. Overall, this device is doing great, and I recommend it to my friends.

Incredible machine and Wonderful Support

Our machine is great. We have experienced machines at our chiropractor for years and wondered if we could get the same benefits from an in home machine. Well you can! Easy to use, easy to install. Machine is much quieter than I expected. One of the lights on the power source didn’t work that didn’t prevent the machine from working. When the owner found out he immediately sent me another one. Wonderful customer service and client focused.

Original box did not work properly when my machine arrived . Jay quickly responded to my email with my concerns about its operation and immediately shipped a new control box. My VT007 is working perfectly now! Very impressed with such quick response and quality of the machine.
