Control Box

Original box did not work properly when my machine arrived . Jay quickly responded to my email with my concerns about its operation and immediately shipped a new control box. My VT007 is working perfectly now! Very impressed with such quick response and quality of the machine.

Great warranty service with no hassle

After a year of continuous use, my vibration plate control box stopped working. I reached out via email and within 24 hours, the company shipped a new control box. I plugged it in and am back to using my plate. This was very easy.

Excellent after service

The vibration unit is excellent!
We had an issue with the control panel connecting to the main unit, contact the company and replacement was promptly mailed to resolve the isse! Great after service!
