I've had my VT003F Control Console from vibration therapeutic for a few years now. I have loved it from the start. My bone density scans have improved since I started using it. Recently it had a malfunction. I read the trouble shooting guide online and was able to diagnose the problem from the description offered. The company sent a replacement part which arrived speedy quick. They also offered specific details to fix it. It is now fixed and running like new:) Best Company Ever

Console replacement

My plate wasn't vibrating like it used to so I went to their website where they provide replacement parts. I received the new console very fast. Also, there is a link to view tips on replacing. Changing it out was easy and it worked!! Vibration is back!!
