To order this part free of charge, please enter the original order number and date you purchased the VT007 or VT009 vibration plate into the Order Note field before check-out.
We will waive the charge if the original order info for the purchase of VT007 or VT009 is provided.
If you purchased the VT007 or VT009 from our eStore, and you use the same email address, you don't need to provide the order info because we have it on file.
[ Versions ] There are several versions of VT007 control console. They are not compatible. We need your order number and purchase date to identify the right version for you.
