Incredible machine and Wonderful Support

Our machine is great. We have experienced machines at our chiropractor for years and wondered if we could get the same benefits from an in home machine. Well you can! Easy to use, easy to install. Machine is much quieter than I expected. One of the lights on the power source didn’t work that didn’t prevent the machine from working. When the owner found out he immediately sent me another one. Wonderful customer service and client focused.

Original box did not work properly when my machine arrived . Jay quickly responded to my email with my concerns about its operation and immediately shipped a new control box. My VT007 is working perfectly now! Very impressed with such quick response and quality of the machine.

Great warranty service with no hassle

After a year of continuous use, my vibration plate control box stopped working. I reached out via email and within 24 hours, the company shipped a new control box. I plugged it in and am back to using my plate. This was very easy.
