Never worked right from day 1.

My first remote lasted a month before the Hz adjustment +/- quick responding. I ordered a second one and this one never worked for Hz adjustment. VT needs to have a different remote, as this one is junk. The machine is great but this one component takes the entire unit down a notch.

VT007 Remote Control

This is a cheaply made item that detracts from the overall perception of the quality of the VT007 Vibration Plate.
The battery lid is very difficult to open without damaging it because the plastic is too soft and no tool is included to open it.
In addition, when pressing the buttons on the remote it doesn't always make a good enough contact to work. Sometimes, requiring repeated pressing on the button before it works.
For convenience It should be made to work with a universal TV remote.
You can do better!
