[ Check the Battery ] Before you place the order, please check the battery of your original remote control. The battery may run out in about 2 years, even if you don't use the machine. If it is the battery issue, please replace the battery with a CR2032 battery on your own.

I recently moved. My machine arrived, but not the remote control. I contacted Jay- who immediately sent me a new remote. However, the remote didn't work. I let Jay know, and he immediately sent me a new controller. Jay stands behind his product and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I have had my machine for 2 years. I have gone from mild osteoporosis to NORMAL bone density- except for my right hip which still has osteopenia. I(I also take bone supplements). am SURE that his machine has reversed me osteoporosis. I am reviewing both the 007 vibration plate and the service I recieved after puchase. Both have been really good. I had a remote problem and one phone call to correct the problem with a new remote shipped free. I am likeing the vibration platform more and more every day.its quality and performance is very good.
