VT003F vibration cured my "permanent" knee ACL damage

VT003F fixed my "permanent" knee  anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) damage.

I had my right knee injured when I was a child. As I grew up, same kind of injury happened a couple times in my sport activities. Seemly recovered each time. After getting married I didn't really have much intensive sports and forgot about the injury.

At the age of 50, the same injury happened again, as I recalled the same kind of pain in the same position. Then I started to get the injury more frequently. For each injury it took longer time to recover.  Later I had to wear a tight knee brace so  I got reminded all the time to walk very carefully, and to avoid knee movement on left and right direction. I restricted myself from many activities including cutting my lawn...

Then I started to study my knee. There are abundant videos on Youtube, from where I learned very detail about knee anatomy. I was able to precisely identify my problem was the ACL damage. Over time, the damage became chronic. I did a lot of rehab exercise, but did not get much improve, until I started to use vibration plate last spring.  After just one week of vibration exercise, I see obvious improvement on knee's functionality, which was very encouraging. I believe it is the repeated short pulse of multiplied gravity stimulated my "dead" injured tissue to repair itself. Before using vibration, I conducted squat exercise just to find it did not help, and over-exercise made the condition even worse. However, the same squat exercise on vibration plate made great difference. After a few weeks of squat exercises,  I felt I was able to move freely. As I felt comfortable and strong with my knee, I started to add weight by holding a pair of 20lb dumbbells for the squat exercise. I also found doing single leg eccentric exercise very helpful and I can carry heavier weight doing eccentric exercise. After about 6 months of exercises, I felt my knee was almost totally recovered. This summer, I built a 300 yard fence and a 12'x10' paver patio in my backyard, all by myself.  I Did not feel any problem with my knee.

Now I continue to use vibration exercise for general preventive and enhancement. I believe at this age, I need to put more effort to keep my knee strong. I am preparing for a big hiking activity in October in Huashan Mountain with my high school classmates.

Please share your experience about vibration therapy!
